Cutie Pie DT Card - Five of a Kind

Oh dear, I'm late with my post, I meant to schedule it yesterday and forgot, oh well, better late than never!
We have a new challenge for you at Cutie Pie, this month our theme is "Five of a Kind", and we're sponsored by All Dressed Up, who very kindly gave the DT some super cute digis to play with.  I chose to use one of the girls from Three Little Autumn Girls, which I coloured with my Promarkers to make a Christmas card.
Cutie Pie is about to have a companion challenge blog - Christmas With The Cuties, which will start in November.  There are still a few DT places available, check out the blog for details.
The patterned papers are from Crafter's Companion; a new release for this Christmas, I love the contemporary colour palette of this pad.
To embellish, I added a foiled sentiment from Craftwork Cards, that reads "Christmas Wishes", the foiling never photographs well, satin ribbon with a double bow, iridescent and lilac gems, and my five of a kind element, five die cut snowflakes, made with Sweet Dixie dies.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
The Merry Christmas Challenge - #2 - Add a Sentiment
Simply Papercraft - #38 - Anything Goes
Craft Rocket - #25 - Ribbon and/or Lace
ABC Christmas - T is for Two - Two Patterned Papers
Creative Moments - #103 - Two Patterned Papers
All Dressed Up - #61 - Anything Goes

Kitty Bee DT Card - Birthdays

We are at the halfway point of our "Birthdays" challenge at Kitty Bee, you still have a week to play along.  We're sponsored this time by All Dressed Up and Make It Crafty, both of whom kindly gave the DT some image to play with, I chose to use the super cute Carlie With Flowers, from Make It Crafty, and I have to say that I really enjoyed colouring her with my Promarkers.
The bright and beautiful papers are from a Craftwork Cards pad called Countryside, in my favourite colour combo of pink and green.  I added some deep pink card for matting and inked all the edges with dark brown ink.
To embellish, I added some crochet lace, some hot pink satin ribbon with a double bow, a sentiment tag stamped with a Lili of the Valley stamp, some butterflies made with Xcut dies and topped with tiny pink pearls, a flower made with a Crafter's Companion die and topped with Card Candi that matched the paper pad I used and finally, a leafy flourish cut with a Spellbinder die.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
QKR Stampede - #211 - Cut It up
As You Like It - Favourite Colour Combo - I love pink and green, any shades of pink and green, they are opposite each other on the colour wheel and complimentary colours appeal to me.  I even got married in pink and green, although in softer tones than on this card!

Craft Rocket - #25 - Ribbon and/or Lace
Crafty Ribbons - Ribbon or Lace

A Gem of a Challenge DT Card - Female Birthday

We have a new challenge for you today at A Gem of a Challenge, this fortnight the theme is "Female Birthday", so nice and easy to play along with.  I chose to use Flower Power Emma from the Pink Gem store, colouring her with my ever faithful Promarkers.  I cut out the topper and the frame for it with Spellbinders Adorning Rectangles dies.

The glorious patterned papers are from a Craftwork Cards pad called Countryside; they were a birthday present from one of my crafty friends, along with a bag of the matching Card Candi, a piece of which can be seen on the sentiment tag.  The whole pad is in my fave colour combo of pink and green, so you can expect to see these papers popping up a lot!
To embellish, I added some lime green grosgrain ribbon and bow, a sentiment tag, cut with a Sizzix die and stamped with a Personal Impressions stamp, a flower made with Sue Wilson Cornflower dies, and foliage made with a Sizzix die.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Passion For Promarkers - #363 - Favourite Colour Combo - Pink and Green
Crafty Ribbons - #167 - Birthday
Seize the Birthday - Birthday + Frame
Broken Fairy - #11 - Anything Goes with Optional Twist of Girly
Creative Fingers - #116 - Anything Goes
