Here's something a bit different for the jubilee celebrations! Robbie, my five year old son wanted a crown to enter the best crown competition at school on Tuesday and this is what I came up with. He told me it had to have red fabric in the centre, triangle pointy bits, white fur round the bottom and a sticky up bit on top, so I tried to follow his exacting specifications as I made it! I got busy with red and white felt, holographic card, Xcut pennant dies and a ton of Card Candi. He's really pleased with it and can't wait to wear it to his school party.
I can't believe how much he looks like me in this this picture, he's usually so like his Daddy!
I'm entering this project in the following challenges -
The crown is fabulous Wendy and your son is the spit of you. Take care. Caroline xxx
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful mother you are, your son will look great !
ReplyDeleteRobbie certainly looks like a right little Prince Charming - and with his mummy's lovely smile! The crown is fantastic. It takes me back to the Golden Jubilee when I made crowns for my 2 sons to wear to their school party...
