Sleepy Friends

I've just discovered a wonderful blog full of the yummiest free digi stamps, called Sliekje's Digi Stamps.  This lil cutie is from Sliekje, I just fell in love with that adorable fairy and his feline friend.  Please do check out her blog if you're a fan of all things cute, especially cats and dogs.  The image has, of course, been coloured with Promarkers and the wings have been highlighted with Diamond Stickles.  I also added some Distress Ink in Shabby Shutters and Tumbled Glass around the edges of the topper.
The papers are Papermania Hawthorn and Bramble and have been in my stash for ages,  I've been really enjoying revisiting some of my older stash and using it up.
I used a much neglected sheet of peel offs for the sentiment and rooted around and found the perfect fabric flowers in the bottom of and embellishment drawer which I held together with a glitter brad left over from making my sister's wedding invites.  Some ribbon, a bow, some Docrafts butterflies and blobs of lilac Pearl Pen finish it off.
Yay, that's some old stash used up, I can go and buy some more now!

    Such a gorgeous card, that image is adorable. I'm sure I have used some of her images before, they really are lovely aren't they. I love the layout you have used and the colours too.
    Glad you now have a good reason to buy more stash!!
