Leafy Notelets

Mum and I spent a wonderful morning on Thursday playing with some of our new goodies from our shopping spree at the SECC last weekend.  Our Pan Pastels were crying out to be tried and so was this lovely Imagination Crafts stamp.
I stamped the image in Versamark and simply brushed on the Pan Pastels in a range of autumnal shades.  Next, I stamped the image in black ink onto seven different papers from an ancient Papermania stack, fussy cut and paper pieced them onto the pastel background, to make six notelets and one for the box lid.  It took a while to cut all the leaves out, luckily they're a nice easy shape to cut!  I used some orange wood-grain card for matting and for the box, and there you have it, a handmade Christmas gift.
I'm entering this project in the following challenges -
Jellypark - back to nature
Pause, Dream, Enjoy - #44 - orange and brown
Wags 'n' Whiskers - #91 - fall colours
Pixie Dust Studio - leaves
Heck of a Challenge - 50 shades of autumn
Artistic Stamper - anything goes
Crafting For All Seasons - #39 - falling leaves
