Friend to Friend

I've been playing with my new My Mind's Eye papers again, I just can't leave them alone!
This time I coloured this adorable Lili of the Valley stamp with Promarkers to match these lush papers, I really love the soft colours and pretty colour combo of this stack.  After colouring, I highlighted the image with a generous dusting of Glamour Dust and used Diamond Sparkles glitter in Golden Sands round the edge of the topper.
The flowers were made with Woodware punches, I inked the edges of the petals with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink and topped each blossom with a dew drop.
I created the lace borders with a well used Martha Stewart punch, inking the edges with Pumice Stone Distress Ink for definition.  The sentiment is a Craftwork Cards die cut to which I added some flower shaped gems.  Some ribbon, a bow and a few weeny pearls finish my card.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Flutterby Wednesday - #224 - sketch
That Craft Place - new year goodies - I used new papers
The Corrosive Challenge - #166 - inspiration picture, I was inspired by the fairies and flowers
My Time to Craft - #206 - things with wings
One Stop Craft - #213 - sparkle and bling
Sweet Stampin' - ribbon
Totally Gorjuss - #168 - flowers
Dutch Dare - #201 - winged things
Lili's Little Fairies - anything goes
Divas by Design - fairytails

  17. In the world of video gaming, not all games are the same quality. There are high end games available that carry an equally high price tag and there are bargain basement games that would put even small children to sleep. Use the advice in this article to separate the wheat from the chaff in the computer game world.

Try downloading a game demo prior to purchasing the actual game so that you can determine if you're going to enjoy it. Previewing a game can help you see whether you wish to buy the full version or not. Be careful, though, where you download the game from. Only download from a well-known site to avoid problems with your computer.

As with many other things, you may need to try and try again in your gaming. Don't expect to become a master at every game you hold. Learn patience and make sure to practice to ensure that you eventually become good at it. This will let you master your games.

Keep your graphic drivers up to date. When gaming on the computer, it is smart to make sure your picture is sharp and clear. You should update your drivers to ensure this. To find out what graphic drivers your computer has installed, open your device manager, then click update driver.

If you have children, be sure to limit the time that your child spends on online gaming. More than two hours a day can strain their eyes and interfere with other activities.

Look for sales if you want to obtain inexpensive games that your kids will enjoy. Many video stores aren't doing well. If you look, you might find a video store that is going to close soon and find some fantastic deals on games and accessories. While the discs should be in working condition, a quick clean works wonders.

Nowadays, many popular online gaming come with options to add downloadable content, or DLC. These are extras that you must pay for in order to expand the game. While it is nice to treat yourself to a great game, always be mindful of pricing. Add on DLC can add a staggering cost to the game.

The Nintendo Wii ps3 is a useful tool to help you get into shape. There are a large number of fitness games available for the Wii system.

Many modern online games give you two choices. First, you can earn in-game content and rewards gradually through investment of your time and work. Or, you can just flat out buy them with your real world money. Consider how much advantage these purchases will actually give you in game. Many cash purchases don't really do that much to help you win the game. Or, they might improve it a lot and save you tons of time.

Reserve games that are high in demand to ensure that you will get a copy. You may get special bonuses when ordering early. The bonuses could be some special features, outfits, or anything that could help you when it comes to playing. The only way you can get them is by ordering early.

Figure out how to operate the safety and parental controls of any gaming system that comes into your home. You can likely make adjustments that keep kids from viewing mature content. Some allow each gaming profile to be customized separately, allowing adults to enjoy games not meant for younger audiences.

Online gaming are definitely here to stay. It's a great hobby and can keep your family and you entertained. If gaming sounds like something fun and interesting to you, then heed the advice you learned here, and use it whenever you take up this hobby.
