Digi Haven DT Card - Floral

Boy was our last "Anything Goes" challenge popular at Digi Haven, thanks to all those who played along.  We have a new challenge for you today, this time our theme is "Floral" and our sponsor is Floppy Latte who are offering a digi prize to our randomly chosen winner.  All you need to do to play along is you any floral digi or your choice, we'd love for you to join in the fun.  Our sponsor kindly gave the DT some images to work with, I chose this pretty framed image, and made the flowers into Michaelmas daisies, which I love because they're in bloom around my birthday in September.
I made the zigzag style card on my Hougie board and matted and layered with Papermania Capsule Collection papers in Aqua and Heather, packs I picked up cheap at the SECC in October, I think they work together really well.  In fact, I've used the same pattern out of both packs, and used one on the inside of the panels and one on the outside of the panels, then a different design on the back.
I coloured the image with Promarkers and used Flower Soft for the centres to give a fuzzy texture.  Some tiny, punched butterflies complete the framed picture.
The flowers on the front were created with my trusty Woodware punches, I added texture to the petals by crimping them with tweezers.  The centres were done by sticking on three sizes of yellow gems with plenty of PVA glue, then sprinkling on yellow glitter to stick to the excess glue.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
My Time to Craft - #226 - Triptic
Dutch Dare - #222 - Things Starting With "B" - Blooms, butterflies, bling
Bearly Mine - #91 - Flowers Galore
Passion for Promarkers - #203 - Floral Fantasy
Quirky Challenges - #12 - Fold It
LEJ - #58 - Add Some Texture - I used Flower Soft
Chocolate, Coffee and Cards - #41 - Bingo - Bling, Glitter, Flowers
