I've kept the layout very simple, with just a tiny bit of blue patterned paper showing, and four die cut corners, made with a Marianne die. I decided to die cut an aperture in the centre, and stick the stamped sentiment, done with a Papermania stamp, on the inside, so it can been seen through the circular hole.
I topped my woven wreath with an organza bow to hide the join, and added a snowflake charm to dangle down from the centre of the bow. Four clear gems finish my card.
