Low Tide

This one's for my Dad for Father's Day, he's a big fan of anything maritime and loves to be near the sea.  The image is from Delicious Doodles, I won some images from them a wee while back in a challenge, and couldn't resist this one, as I knew it'd be perfect for my Dad.
 I coloured the digi with Promarkers, which I really enjoyed, it made a bit of a change to my usual sort of image, and allowed me to be quite loose in style.
The papers are Papermania Ahoy There, to which I've added some textured pearl card in two shades of grey.  I've kept the layout simple so as not to detract form the detailed image.
The sentiment was stamped onto white card which I coloured with Promarkers, then stamped with See Dees stamps for a seaweed effect.

    Wow this is fabulous Wendy. I think my favourite so far. Slightly understated for you - no bows? The colouring, as always is magnificent, just like a water colour painting. Brilliant.

    A really beautiful card, the boats are wonderful and I really like the papers too. Love the idea of the seaweed on the greeting it looks so effective. I bet your dad will love it.
