Rose

I just can't get enough of these beautiful, Pink Gem vintage images at the moment, this one's called Rose, and you'll find her in the store here.  She's been coloured, as usual with Promarkers.

 The pretty papers are magazine freebies, the doily was too, although with different mags, I think they go rather well together.  I used a distressing tool on all the edges to add to the shabby, vintage look.
The sentiment was stamped with a Papermania stamp, a sentiment about the future on a vintage card appealed to my sense of irony, although it was mainly chosen for it's rosy reference.
The punched border was done with my favourite Martha Stewart punch, which is starting to feel a little loose, and I fear may be on it's last legs (sob, sob!).
To finish off my unashamedly girly card, I added a ribbon, a bow, some Papermania roses, and a handful of assorted clear gems.
