Digi Haven DT Card - Red, White and Blue

It's challenge time once again at Digi Haven, this fortnight our theme is "Red, White and Blue".  We don't have a sponsor this time, but you could still win that money can't buy prize.......the Digi Haven winner's badge to display on your blog!  As we don't have a sponsor, the DT were free to use whatever digi they wanted, I chose this lovely Saturated Canary image, called Sabrina, which I've had for a while, but hadn't got round to colouring.

 I always enjoy colouring Saturated Canary images, and this one was no exception, I've used my usual Promarkers and given her funky, red hair, in-keeping with the theme.
The papers are Papermania, Happy Days, from the 12x12 double sided stack, I've inked all the edges with Barn Door Distress Ink to define all the layers.  The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.
To embellish, I added some cute pompom trim, baker's twine, a large flower made with a Spellbinders die, lots of little punched flowers and a sprinkling of light blue gems in two sizes.
