Chalkies, Silkies and Ink

Mum and I had a lovely crafternoon on Saturday playing with with our Imagination Crafts Chalkies and Silkies paints, splodging away to our hearts content.
The bottom layer was created with an Imagination Crafts butterfly stencil and Distress Inks, in Squeezed Lemonade, Evergreen Bough, Pine Needles and Peacock Feathers, along with water in a spritzer bottle, and Golden Mint Cosmic Shimmer mica spray.
To make the topper, I painted a Kanban stamp with a selection of Imagination Crafts Chalkies paints, and stamped onto green card.  The butterflies were made by painting stamps with Imagination Crafts Silkies, which have a lustrous finish, onto acetate, then once dry, cutting out and sticking to the topper along the bodies, folding the wings back a bit for a dimensional look.  The sentiment was stamped with a Silkies paint too, then die cut with an Imperial Gold Spellbinders die.
To continue the butterfly theme, I added a punched strip made with a Tonic punch, and finished off with some emerald green ribbon and a bow.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Stamping Sensations - Wings, Fantasy, Fiction
Suzy Bee - #15 - Anything Goes
Crafting Musketeers - #10 - Butterflies
Country View - #12 - Paint - Chalkies & Silkies are both paints
DRS Designs - #108 - Feelin' Green
