Strawberry Cupcake

This is one of my favourite Bugaboo digi stamps, it's such a fun image and it's a joy to colour, which I've done with my usual Promarkers, adding a touch of Star Dust Stickles to the fairy's wings.  I'm always drawn to cupcake images, as I like to bake them almost as much as like to craft them from paper!

 I cut the topper out with a Grand Spellbinder die, and whilst the card was still in the die, I gently inked with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink.
The fun and funky papers are Papermania, Little Cake Shoppe, a range they did several years ago.  They might be old but I still really like them, but then, they're baking themed, and baking themed floats my boat!  I thought the strawberry papers were the perfect match for this image.  I added a loopy border made with a Martha Stewart punch and some brown spotty ribbon to pick out the brown in the image.
To embellish, I added a sentiment tag, stamped with Papermania stamps, some flowers and foliage made with Nellie Snellen and Woodware punches, and some green gems.
