Christmas Cake, and Plenty of It!

Imagine a Christmas cake this size!  It's big enough to sit on!  This one would last well into the New Year.  I picked up this Tulip stamp for the bargain price of 50p in the Hobby Craft sale months ago, this is it's first inking.  I've coloured it with Promarkers, adding Star Dust Stickles and Glossy Accents to highlight elements of the design, and white pen for the dots on the ribbon.
The striped paper is Papermania Spots and Stripes Capsule Collection, from the festive range.  The holly border was made with a Martha Stewart punch around the page set.  I kept the layout simple as the stamp is large and detailed.  The sentiment stamp is from a Papermania, Honey and Hugs stamp set, I thought it was perfect for this image.  The holly was die cut with a Spellbinders die and then glazed with Glossy Accents, it looks odd in the photographs, but in reality it just looks like nice, glossy holly.  I shaped the leaves and added veining with my Susan's Garden tool kit, I think it's this that has confused my camera and has made it look like there is a pool of Glossy Accents in the bottom of each leaf.
