I'll Drink to That!

It was my husband's boss' 40th birthday this week, and, as well as making a card, I got roped into making a birthday cake too.  The staff at his school always request my "white cake" for special occasions, so I got busy tempering white chocolate to make a collar that fits all the way round the delicate sponge.  It takes a white to make, but every last crumb was eaten, the birthday girl even had two slices so it was worth it.

 The fun image is from The Digi Stamp Boutique, I've coloured it with my usual Promarkers.  The sentiment came with the image, I used glitter sticker numbers above it to add the all important age!
The pretty papers are First Edition, Blank Canvas, I picked them up half price at the SECC, I think the colours are beautiful.
To embellish, I added a die cut wine bottle and glass, cut with Xcut, Dressing Room Dies, also bought at the SECC (I don't have to keep borrowing my Mum's now!), ribbon with a bow, and some crystal gems.
