Cutie Pie DT Card - White on White

It's the first challenge of the year at Cutie Pie, and we're kicking off with the theme of "Cute and White on White".  We have two sponsors this time, Di's Digis and the Hobby House, so that's double the chance of a prize!
I've used a super cute Pink Gem digi to make a first birthday card for my nephew, Reuben, who's birthday is tomorrow.  I coloured the bears with Promarkers and paper pieced the number with some spotty paper.

 I used Grand Spellbinders Labels One, and Fancy Labels One, to cut out the image and it's mat, which I then layered onto a piece of card which I had embossed with a Crafts Too folder.  The sentiment was stamped with Personal Impressions and Papermania stamps, then cut out with a Lacy Circle Spellbinders die.
To embellish, I used Cosmic Shimmer White PVA to create the pearl effect border round the edge of the card, and the bottle, dummy, and baby cup were cut with Sizzix dies and highlighted with Star Dust Stickles.
