Crafty Boots GDT Card

The lovely people at Crafty Boots have asked me to be a guest designer for their current challenge, which is "Monochrome".  It's already been running for a week, but you still have a week to play along, and you're not limited to a card, you can make whatever you want.  I, however, opted for a card, to boost my Christmas stash, going for warm kraft tones and plenty of glitter.
The stamp I used is a Heartfelt Creations one which is designed to go with the Spellbinders baubles dies I've used, it fits perfectly in the largest bauble.  I coloured the image with my trusty Promarkers in warm light browns, adding some fine gold glitter to the star and halo.
To create the kraft overlay, I simply cut a bauble aperture with a Spellbinders die, then added plenty of Stampendous Gold Halo glitter round the edges for some festive sparkle.  The sentiment bauble was cut from the same die set as the aperture, stamped with a Papermania sentiment stamp and glittered up as described before.
To embellish, I added a layered bow topped with a button, some poinsettias made from crinkle kraft with Nellie Snellen punches, ivy made with a Joanna Sheen die and some brown pearls.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Crafty Cardmakers - #148 - Make it Sparkle
Eureka - #159 - Monochrome
Allsorts - #329 - Sparkle
Christmas Stampin' All Year Long - #56 - Lots of Texture or Layers
Wags 'n' Whiskers - #162 - Glitter / Sparkle
CRAFT - #329 - Add Some Bling
Simon Says Stamp - Die Crazy
Glitter 'n' Sparkle - #155 -  Use a Punch or Die
