A Gem of a Challenge DT Card - Christmas Critters

It's time for a new challenge at A Gem of a Challenge, and this fortnight our theme is "Christmas Critters".  I chose to use Christmas Freddy for my DT card, colouring him with my Promarkers, but I really was spoiled for choice as the Pink Gem store is bursting with cute Christmas animal digis.
 The chevron paper is from my Trimcraft Gilded Winter paper pack, to which I added plain red, and kraft card, along with four corner die cuts arranged together to form a frame, these were cut with a Sue Wilson snowflake corner die.
To embellish, I added a Dutch Doobadoo sentiment, layered ribbon and a matching button topped bow, and some dot of red Nuvo Crystal Drops.  I bought five bottles of Crystal Drops at the SECC, I wish I'd bought more because I love them, they're very easy to use and they give you a perfect domed surface every time.
