Candy Cane Christmas

I'm still making Christmas cards, I've got a white on white one with a cute Bugaboo image to share today.  I've done the colouring with my trusty Promarkers, as usual, then I cut out the topper with a Spellbinders Floral Oval die.

 I used my Sue Wilson snowflake border die to create the intricate side panels, I cut these from some beautiful white card which has flecks of pearl through it that I bought from Craft Habitat at the SECC, I used this for the centre panel and the sentiment tag too, the photo doesn't do it justice.  I added some Star Dust Stickles to the snowflakes for some extra shimmer.  The sentiment tag is from the same die set as the border die, another SECC purchase which I'm loving, Ive used it loads already.  The border is 8 inches long, I haven't used it's full length on this 7x7 card.
To embellish, I added some ric-rac down the sides of the centre panel, some layered organza and satin ribbon behind the sentiment, a layered, button topped bow, and a couple of gems on the sentiment tag.
