Gingerbread House

I've been playing with more of my new stash from the SECC, this time a beautiful gingerbread house Spellbinders die that I just couldn't resist, and some lovely new ribbon from Mei Flower, where I get almost all of my ribbon from, I stock up big time on my annual Glasgow trip.
I cut the base die in ginger card and the overlay in white, inking through with Old Paper Distress Ink to highlight the embossing.  I decorated the house with Card Candi, which I glazed with Glossy Accents, a couple of green pearls, and some die cut gum drops, from the same set as the house, which I sugar coated with Iced Snow from Creative Expressions.
The papers are old magazine freebies, to which I added some more ginger card for matting.  I finished off my simple card with some layered organza and gold edged satin ribbons and a matching button topped bow.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
A Snowflakes Promise - #10 - Christmas / Winter
Crafting From the Heart - #86 - Anything Goes
Glitter 'n' Sparkle - #163 - Add a Die Cut / Punched Shape
Pile It On - #95 - Any Holiday / Celebration - I chose Christmas
Winter Wonderland - Christmas Candy
