I'm delighted to say that I'm now a member of the
Kitty Bee Designs DT, and here's my very first showcase card featuring these adorable
Kawaii Owl Buddies, from the Kitty Bee shop. I coloured them with Spectrum Noir pencils, then fussy cut them and stuck them to the card with foam pads.
The background was created with an Xcut embossing folder, which I inked over, after embossing, with a variety of Distress Inks. I then stamped some foliage along the bottom in green ink with a Sheena Douglass stamp, and a sentiment in black ink with a Personal Impressions stamp, and mounted the panel onto black card. The branch the owls are sitting on was cut with a Trimcraft die and coloured with more Distress Ink. The final touch was to add a little red heart made with a punch.
