Here's my Easter festival of freebies! The card blank and yummy Nitwits papers were free with Simply Cards and Papercraft. I just had to play with the papers straight away, they're so pretty in lovely muted spring colours.
The rabbit stamp and sentiment were magazine freebies a couple of years ago, I think, so I dug them out for an inking. I coloured the rabbit with Promarkers, added a paper flower and a couple of gems. I also added tiny black seed beads for eyes, something I often do with characters like this one. I feel it makes the faces super cute when they have lovely, glossy eyes with a bit of dimension.
The flowers were made with my old faithful Nellie Snellen punches and the leaves with a Woodware punch. I used teeny buttons for the flower centres to add to the homespun look that the papers have.
The loopy border punch is Martha Stewart, such a versatile punch for so many projects.
The finishing touches are some ribbon, a bow and a few pink pearls.
