How yummy are these papers?! They arrived yesterday in the post and I almost snatched them from the poor postie's hand! Joanna Sheen has a lovely selection of Prima papers and these just happened to fall into my basket while I was ordering some Elegance Satin card for stamping.
All the patterned papers here are from my new Prima Meadow Lark paper stack, I was like a kid in a sweet shop, not knowing which sheets to use first. The lilac satin board is from Create and Craft.
The central image was made with a Papermania Urban stamp, heat embossed with plum powder then inked with Distress Ink in Antique Linen and Dusty Concord. All the layers, apart from the satin board were given the Tim Holtz distressing tool treatment.
The bird and branch were made with my Spellbinders Mixed Media die set, the bird was inked with Dusty Concord whilst still in the die and the flowers were made with a Woodware punch.
A few gems finish it off.
That's two cards in a row with no ribbon, I must be coming down with something!
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
