Cute Pie DT Card - Love and Marriage

It's challenge time again at Cutie Pie, this time our theme is "Love and Marriage", and we're sponsored by Sweet Stamps.  We're  Cutie Pie by name and Cutie Pie by nature so please don't forget to make you're entry cute!  I've gone CAS for my DT card, once upon a time I hated making these, I always thought they looked gorgeous, but I just couldn't make them, but I persevered, I now I really enjoy making them.  The secret is planning your design in advance, which is a bit alien to my organic way of working, but I do like to stretch my creativity a bit, I quite like how this one turned out, just like I planned really, no surprise twist!

 The stamp is, unmistakeably, Lili of the Valley, I've used my trusty Promarkers for the colouring.  The sentiment stamp is from a Stampin' Up set, I thought the fonts went well with the sketchy style of the image.  The punched edge was done with an Xcut punch, I then layered onto red card for a pop of colour and to show off the punched border.  Some red and white twine with a double bow is the only embellishment.
