A Gem of a Challenge DT Card - Create a Scene

We have a new challenge for you today at A Gem of a Challenge, this time our theme is "Create a Scene".  You can create you scene however you like, I've chosen to use two Pink gem digis, Chloe in Hat and Jumper, and Yule Log, and merge them together in Word, which is easy to do using png files.  I've used the black and white line art images and coloured with Promarkers, but you can merge the pre-coloured digis in exactly the same way.

 After colouring with Promarkers and dusting the edges of the die cut topper with Tumbles Glass Distress Ink, I've gone glittertastic with the Glamour Dust, this card really sparkles!  To create the frame round the image, I added a border of Stampendous Shaved Ice, covered it with a layer of Glossy Accents, into which I pushed an assortment of gems.  This was a bit of an experiment, but I'm quite pleased with the pretty, icy look it gives, I'll definitely be trying it again.
The papers are Papermania Bellisima, I love the colour combo and delicate patterns in this pack, it's in the current Docrafts goody bag, this is the first time I've got round to using them, but I'm already itching to use them again.
To embellish, I added a large snowflake, cut with Die'sire dies from glitter card, small snowflakes made with a Nellie Snellen punch, some baker's twine, a Craftwork Cards sentiment and some Papermania glitter domes.
