A Gem of a Challenge DT Card - Shaped Cards

We have a lovely new challenge for you at A Gem of a Challenge, starting today, our theme is "Shaped Cards", so it's time to ditch the boring squares, which are my usual go to shape, and try something a little more interesting instead.  I've opted for a teapot shaped card, hand cut from a plastic template, but you could use bought shaped blanks or create your own with dies.
I've used the super cute Tea Time Hedgy digi stamp from the Pink Gem store, which I've coloured with Promarkers, then fussy cut and stuck to the card with foam pads.
 The papers are First Edition, Blank Canvas, the edges of which I inked with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  The pretty coloured doily is from Trimcraft, and by chance, matched the spotty paper perfectly!
To embellish, I made some flowers with an assortment of Spellbinders dies, and added a sentiment stamped with a Lili of the Valley stamp.

    I love hedgehogs and this one is such a little cutie!! Beautiful card and so nice to see one that's not the normal shape. All of your embellishments go together perfectly and I can imagine this would be very much cherished. Very happy you joined us at ATSM this week!
