House Mouse and Friends GDT Card - CASE It

It's time for my second GDT card for House Mouse and Friends, this time the challenge is to CASE  (Copy and Share Exactly) this fabulous card by the very talented America, from the HM&F DT.

For my card I kept the circles, but reduced the number and made them larger, kept the partial images, kept the sentiment and bow at the top, but changed the style, kept the white embossed background matted onto coloured card, and used a little bling round the edges of the circles.  I changed the colours to pink and yellow and the theme to birthday to put my own spin on it.

 I used just one stamp set for the image on this card, colouring the images with Promarkers.  I made all the mice different colours to add interest, they are always such fun to colour.  The sentiment was stamped with a Lili of the Valley stamp.  The embosses background was done with a Crafter's Companion embossing folder, I think the ditzy cupcake and cherry design of this folder is lovely, and went rather well the images on this card.  I finished off with some pink gems and some baker's twine, including a weeny bow to echo the ribbon bow in America's card.
