Birthday Boy Bike Ride

This card is for a friend's son, who's birthday is tomorrow.  This lovely, Pink Gem image reminded me of him, playing on his bike, you'll find it in the store here.

 Unsurprisingly, the image has been coloured with Promarkers, I gave the boy lovely, rosy cheeks, just like Adam, the recipient has.
The papers are magazine freebies from ages ago, they're great for boy's cards, the colour combo is really nice.  I've added in some orange foiled card for the matting, and some buttery, yellow card for the punched strip, that was done with a Tonic punch, and for the hanging tag.  I used Papermania stickers to spell out the name on the tag, set an eyelet, added some baker's twine, and sandwiched the twine between the ribbon and the separate knot with glue gel.
Some Card Candi topped with star shape gems finishes my card off.
