I don't make many DL cards but I felt this image was screaming out for a tall, thin card. I chose to colour her in shades of blue and brown so I could use my two favourite paper packs from this year, Krafty Christmas and Frosty Christmas, both from Lili of the Valley, which I teamed with dark brown card. The sentiment is from a Papermania stamp set. I used Liquid Pearls to create a snowy backdrop to the Christmas shopper and continued the snow theme with a wooden snowflake which I liberally glittered with Glamour Dust. Some beige ribbon, a bow and some blue Card Candi finish it off.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Dream Valley - #47 - Christmas
Pan Pastel - #48 - song/carol title, Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!
Scrapper's Delights - non traditional Christmas
Stampin' for the Weekend - # 23 - let it snow

The soft shades of blue and brown are lovely! I agree that the tall, narrow card shape works perfectly for this image. The pearl "snowflakes" and the yummy satin bow are super finishing touches.
