Happy Birthday Sausage!

I made this card for a close friend with whom I share a love of dachshunds; she certainly is one of a kind!  When we are old ladies, we will have a dachshund each and we'll terrorize the neighbourhood with them, although I think we'll be more terrifying than the dogs!
The main image and matching sentiment stamps are by Woodware, I coloured with my usual Promarkers and attached the dog to the card with foam tape.
I used a DL card to echo the length of the dog, and stamped some Inkylicious splodges directly onto the blank using three colours of Memento ink.  The card has a lovely linen texture which gives the stamped background a distressed look, in-keeping with the nature of the design.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -

I Love Promarkers DT Card - CAS

It's challenge time again at I Love Promarkers, this time our theme is "Clean and Simple" and we're sponsored by the wonderful Dr Digi, who very kindly gave the DT some fun images to play with.  I decided to use a Dr Digi image from my own collection, called Duncan Disorderly, to make my husband's birthday card; he was into punk music back in the day, still loves it now but masquerades as a respectable primary school teacher by day!
I have, of course, used my Promarkers to colour the image.
The safety pin border was stamped with a Personal Impressions stamp and the splatters were stamped in Barn Door and Weathered Wood Distress Inks using an Inkylicious stamp set.  The sentiment was computer generated.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Inky Chicks - #78 - CAS
The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers - #77 - O is for Outrageous
Crafty Catz - #356 - Male Cards
The Crafty Addicts - #33 - Add a Sentiment

Winter Window

A little bit of scene building today, along with some die cutting, to make another Christmas card to add to my ever growing collection.
The only ink I used on this card was Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink (not Crippled Sapphire as my Mum misread it!), along with three stamps, some torn paper and a Clarity dusting brush.  The sentiment stamp is from a Buzzcraft set, the tree stamp is from a Clarity set, and the sleigh and reindeer stamp is by Inkylicious.
The window frame was made with my Memory Box Madison Window die and the cat was made from navy card, with an Xcut die from a Build-a-Scene set.
All this fitted very nicely onto an A6 card blank to give a clean and simple card, a great way to use up those small cards that have been lurking in my stash since the dawn of time!

I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Double D - Trees
Addicted to Stamps - #131 - Trees, Branches or Leaves
