It's challenge time again over at
Cutie Pie, this time our theme is "Pretty Pastels", so nice and easy to play along with. Our sponsors this time are Stamp and Create, and Milk Coffee, so that's double the chance to win. The DT were lucky enough to be given a Milk Coffee image to work with and I have to say I LOVED playing with mine the images are so sweet.
This cute image allowed me to indulge my passion for baking as well as crafting, many of my regular visitors will know I have a bit of a "thing" about cupcake images! The colouring was done with my usual Promarkers, highlighting the wings and hearts with Glamour Dust for some magical sparkle.
I was also able to indulge my current love of the Papermania Spots and Stripes Capsule Collection, I thought it was the perfect choice for the theme of this challenge. I used papers, a die cut shape, ribbon and lots of candy coloured buttons from this range, and inked all the edges with Weathered Wood Distress ink for cohesion.
The sentiment is a die cut from Craftwork Cards and I finished off with lemon and pale green pearls.
