Digi Haven DT Card - Beach

It's Digi Haven challenge time again, and this fortnight our theme is "At the Beach", and our sponsor is Bugaboo, who generously gave the DT an image to work with for this challenge.  I'm a big fan of Bugaboo digis and had great fun colouring this cute, and rather cheeky looking monkey, with my Promarkers.  We'd love you to play along with your beach inspired projects, just be sure to use a digi and link back to us, it's as easy as that!
I used a shaped blank from Craftwork Cards and coloured it with Distress Ink in Mustard Seed and Wild Honey.  I then used a tiny See Dees dotty stamp, and using the same inks as before, built up the sandy texture.
The papers are Papermania Spots and Stripes Capsule Collection, from the brights range, to which I've added kraft.  The pinwheel embellishment was made from a square of paper and  finished with a brad.  Some navy blue ribbon and some baker's twine threaded buttons finish off my summery card.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Crafts Too Challenge You - #2 - Summer Days + Fun in the Sun
Card Crafter's Circle - #86 - Dotty for Spots
QKR Stampede - #50 - Summer Fun
Stampin' for the Weekend - Shape it Up
Simply Create Too - #43 - Inspiration Photo, I was inspired by the beach scene
Charisma Cardz - #30 - Clouds
Pollycraft - #4 - Fun in the Sun
City Crafter - #170 - Summer Time
Dream Valley - #62 - Summer Days
Hobbycutz - #11 - Summer
