Welcome Baby Reuben

This one heralds the safe arrival of my new baby nephew, Reuben, who was born on Monday, I made this card for my sister's mother-in-law to give the delighted new parents.
 I made the stepper card using a B-C-E template, then matted up with these gorgeous First Edition, Up and Away papers, I bought them at the SECC in October but hadn't used them.  Some are double sided, others glittered, the tags were fussy cut from the stack too, I just stamped sentiments onto them.  The sentiment on the banner at the bottom was computer generated.
The oh, so cute image is a Lili of the Valley stamp that came with my Cutie Pie DT Secret Santa card, so a big thank you to my Secret Santa, whoever you are, I absolutely LOVE it!  It's been coloured, rather unsurprisingly, with Promarkers.
