I was at a Crafter's Companion demo at the weekend, and treated my self to a set of accordion dies. Two matching overlay dies came free with it as a special offer for the demo day, so I had itchy finger to play, here's the first card I've made with my lovely new dies, which cut really well, so much better than the older Crafter's Companion dies.
The stamps are magazine freebies, my copy of Papercraft Inspirations came through the door on Saturday, so I decided to combine my new stamps with my new dies! I stamped them in Rich Cocoa memento for a soft look, and created little scenes using Post-It note masks, and dusting on Salty Ocean Distress Ink with a Clarity brush for the sky. The rest was coloured with Promarkers, highlighted with plenty of Glamour Dust for snowy sparkle.
The rest of the work was done by my fabby new Diesire Accordion dies and holly overlay, using Sheena Stamping Card, which I find perfect for all kinds of construction projects like this, and a thinner dark green card for the holly.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
