Spring Tree

My local craft shop, Howden's, have just started stocking Indigo Blu products.  How very dare they!  Don't they know I'm trying to be good and not spend too much?!  It was love at first sight when I saw this tree stamp and I just had to have it!
Try as I might to photograph this card, the macro setting kept distorting the shape so I got the detail in focus but I also got a wonky looking shape.  It is a perfect rectange and it's not bent, honest!
I stamped the tree in Perfect Medium on linen textured card and heat embossed with Personal Impressions verdegris powder.  The tiny flowers are the waste from a Martha Stewart border punch and I've added a weeny gem to the centre of each one.
I found the sketch for this at The Deconstucted Sketch, it's an old one in the Deconstucted Sketchbook, a great source of fab layouts.
I've simply matted and layered up, tearing the corner of the pink Core'dinations to add some interest.  I've used the same Martha Stewart punch on the green cardstock as I made the flowers with.
The large flower was made with Spellbinders Anemone dies which were a brilliant Mother's Day present.  I used Anita's 3D Gloss in the centre and sprinkled on some pink seed beads for a bit of texture.  The leaves were die cut with  Marianne dies.
The sentiment was stamped with an elderly stamp, the origins of whom I can't remember!
Some black ribbon and a few buttons, one threaded with baker's twine, are the final touches.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges -
Addicted to Stamps - #27 - spring/Easter
Amusing Challenges - use buttons
Come and Get It Challenges - spring
Paper Sundaes - #114 - spring
That Craft Place - #8 - spring
